My partner Dallas wrote a poem about her favourite Purple Hat and in so doing imbued it with magical financial powers. I recall us busking with it on an Ecopella tour and became convinced that it really did work!

To Paddington markets
I went shopping one day
I spied a stall with a colourful display
I said to myself would you just look at that
I really must buy that purple hat

I own a jaunty purple hat
And in to town I wander
I wear it proudly on my head
My wages for to squander
